You need to give more details about your problem and why you think it is related to those two components.

its Media Player Classic Home Cinema 1.3.1311.0 (played DXVA ---- black screen)

old version Media Player Classic Home Cinema 1.2.1008.0 work

1.3.1311.0 is supposed to have better Blu-ray support, not worse.

What kind of error do you get?

You must set Gabest as the preferred M2TS source filter with the Codec Tweak Tool for good Blu-ray support.

played DXVA ---- black screen
