Download whatever codec you need and install it. I can't give a better answer because your question is too generic. Please reformulate the question and be more specific about what you want to do and also why.
Could you post the link again? It is incomplete. Please put an URL tag around it, otherwise the forum software will shorten it. Press "Add reply" instead of using the quick reply box, then you'll get buttons to insert tags.

Your file is a raw MJPEG video stream. ffdshow can only decode MJPEG video when it is located inside a container format, such as an AVI file. Most players will not be able to play this file.
But I found an alternative solution for you. You can play the file with VLC player. http://www.videolan.org
Thank you, my fiend, but I know about that and use it already. It's not enough for me because the image quality is bad and I know tools to enhance it. But first of all for these tools usage I need to convert files to well-known format. That's the problem I bothering you with . So possibly I need something specialized in this particular case. Would you please help me ?
