Download whatever codec you need and install it. I can't give a better answer because your question is too generic. Please reformulate the question and be more specific about what you want to do and also why.

ffdshow should be able to decode MJPG video.

If you have trouble playing a specific please, then please upload a sample, then I can find a playback solution for you.

to clsid: There is a codec in ffdshow which CAN play mjpg file: it's libavcodec. But I don't know how to actualise this posibility.
Thanks in advance.

Could you post the link again? It is incomplete. Please put an URL tag around it, otherwise the forum software will shorten it. Press "Add reply" instead of using the quick reply box, then you'll get buttons to insert tags.

I occasionally forget it too. It is an annoying flaw of the forum software.

Your file is a raw MJPEG video stream. ffdshow can only decode MJPEG video when it is located inside a container format, such as an AVI file. Most players will not be able to play this file.

But I found an alternative solution for you. You can play the file with VLC player.

Thank you, my fiend, but I know about that and use it already. It's not enough for me because the image quality is bad and I know tools to enhance it. But first of all for these tools usage I need to convert files to well-known format. That's the problem I bothering you with :( :). So possibly I need something specialized in this particular case. Would you please help me ? :( :)

VLC has a (hidden) convert function.

Menu -> Media -> Convert/Save

I advise to increase the default bitrate to minimize quality loss during conversion.
