Codec Guide

Hey guys, I got an annoying error with winavi video converter. When I try to convert an avi movie, it always freezes at a certain point, 55%, 63%, 98%, 99% and it never finishes. You could try disabling the Gabest AVI splitter.

I removed that and installed Haali avi splitter because gabest is annoying. Should I remove that as well?

You can disable it very easily with the Codec tweak Tool.

I would recommend using the system default AVI splitter from Microsoft instead of Haali.

Just update to KLMCP 4.0 and it resolves this.
