I ve tried to play wmv videos and it looks like the only players that support it are WMP and VLC. its so much to ask thar MC can support it?? I really like MC and i dont want to depend of other players. Anyway wmv3 sucks, but the important thing is that just like VLC could make a new version supporting it i hope MC do its own!! MediaCenter should use the same codecs as WMP. WMP normally contains all the require components for Windows Media playback (including wmv3).

All I can suggest is to re-install WMP11.
