Media Player Classic is an extremely light-weight media player for Windows. It looks just like Windows Media Player 6.4, but has many additional extra features. MPC has, for instance, a built in DVD player with real-time zoom, support for AVI subtitles, QuickTime and RealVideo support (requires QT and/or Real player); built-in MPEG2/SVCD/DVD codec.
It also supports SVCD/CVD selectable subtitles and lots more. The best part about Media Player Classic is the ability to modify the filters when playing your favorite video files.

Changes in 6.4.9.1, 2008-03-08 (SVN revision 44):
* MPC: Added subtitle delay function for the internal subtitle renderer. It can be controlled with the F1 (decrease delay) and F2 (increase delay) buttons. The default delay interval is 500ms, but can be changed in the options. Patch by MatMaul.
* MPC: Automatically block DirectVobSub filter (VSFilter) when the internal subtitle renderer will be used.
* MPC: (SubResync) Save to .srt subtitle fix concerning italics
* MPC: YUV mixing option is now hidden on Vista (because it does not work on Vista).
* MPC: Added CSS classes in WebInterface.
* MPC: Fixed buffer overrun in VobSub code.
* MPC: Show proper error message when trying to use the "Save Image" function together with Overlay Mixer renderer.

You can create it by compiling the source code.

You can find both the source code and downloads on the project page.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli2/

To download the source you need a SubVersion client. To compile the source you need Visual Studio.

What version of VS I need? I have already download the TortoiseSVN program. How I can download the source code? In the SVN tab?

If is not much time, can you make an only 1 zip file with all source code files?

Thanks for your quality time

VS 2005. 2008 will should work as well after converting the projects.

You can find instructions on the sourceforge website for checking out the sources. Or read the TortoiseSVN help. It's very simple.

Why do you want to compile the code yourself?
