Sorry, but if you don't understand it, I can't help you.
It is simple: select input file, choose output file name and location, select a profile (MP4), and press Start.

Sorry, I DO understand what to do with v0.8.6 and DID it already, but the NEWEST v1.0.0 has enough different interface...

But another question is: how to enhance to best possible quality SNAPSHOTS from above video? I'm so apologize for exhausting you .

To take a snapshot:
VLC menu -> Video -> Snapshot
The quality will of course be the same as that of the video. If you expect to get high quality then you have been watching too much CSI.
